Women's Holistic Healing Initiative

A 12-week program designed to help young women heal from the physical, emotional, and psychological effects of sexual, mental, emotional, and physical violence. Participants are provided with a safe and supportive environment where they can immerse in sisterhood by sharing their experiences, learning coping skills, and taking steps to rebuild their lives.

Purposeful Partnership Program for Youth

Tier I
Our flagship cohort-based program that provides support to youth from disadvantaged backgrounds with establishing healthy relationships within themselves and their families, peers, and neighborhoods. Activities include trust building and restorative circles, workshops and skills development training, grassroots organizing, experiential learning, community engagement, recruitment, field trips, event hosting, multimedia projects, and more!

SELF-Construction

Tier I, II, III
The SELF-Construction program offers youth from disadvantaged backgrounds a creative outlet to process trauma, develop skills, and connect with their communities. Through this unique blend of advanced restorative practices techniques, social-emotional learning (SEL) principles, creative arts, and leadership development, participants learn to transform their experiences into powerful messages of resilience and advocacy. Designed for youth skilled in restorative practices and at risk of violence or court involvement, the program provides training in media arts, workforce readiness, and community building. Through workshops, healing circles, and a collaborative media project, participants gain tools to lead dialogues, inspire others, and foster supportive spaces, building on ICM’s restorative practices initiatives.

Incredible Warrior Ambassadors

Tier I, II
The Incredible Warrior Ambassadors (IWA) program is a dynamic 10-part mentorship and training series designed to equip youth leaders with advanced restorative practices techniques. These approaches serve as powerful prevention and intervention tools for nonviolence, community building, and driving social change. Rooted in seven core values, this cohort-based program combines experiential learning, personal reflection, and support system involvement to provide a holistic growth experience. IWA fosters leadership development through grassroots organizing activities that empowers participants to serve as social change agents. Ambassadors apply their training by implementing call-to-action projects focused on violence interruption, relationship repair and mediation, resource access, and social equity. Their diligent and unique work creates lasting change in their communities while building a foundation for personal and collective success.
