ICM's mission is to introduce restorative practices as catalysts for youth to heal from violence, crime, racism, the juvenile justice system, and poverty, fostering change within themselves, their families, and communities.

We aim to foster traditionally underserved yet resilient communities through the transformative power of connectivity, love, trauma-responsive approaches, and storytelling. Our youth are empowered to create nontraditional engagement and contribute their leadership skills to take the charge in social justice, impacting communities across America with their innovative ideas and fresh energy that promote transformative social change.

Incredible Credible Messengers, Inc. (ICM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in New York City that was developed by credible messengers with lived experience in the justice system. We are dedicated to introducing restorative practices, advocating, and carrying out grassroots initiatives that support youth, families, court-involved individuals, and their communities with healing from trauma. Our unique model and program delivery methods provide a transformative experience that truly goes above and beyond standard practices by prioritizing holistic approaches and healthy relationships.

Our restorative circles offer the opportunity to start a healing process openly and willingly for young people. ICM circles are welcoming and structured by Credible Messengers trained in trauma-informed care and restorative practices. Every voice counts and each Credible Messenger contributes their own energy and creativity to provide a safe, welcoming, and restorative space for all participants. ICM offers a safe space for young people to openly and willingly start their healing journeys. Our welcoming environment and structured program activities are curated by Credible Messengers trained in trauma-responsive care and restorative practices. Every voice counts at ICM and each participant/Credible Messenger contributes their unique energy, creativity, and ideas that contribute to ICM being a healing, supportive, and fun community hub for growth and change.
